How to Use Bobby

Learn how to get the most out of Bobby, your AI-powered security assistant.

Accessing Bobby​

On the documentation homepage:

  1. Visit the Cert-IX documentation site
  2. See the search box on the main page
  3. Type your question
  4. Press Enter or click Search
  5. View Bobby's response

Platform Assistant​

Within the Cert-IX platform:

  1. Look for the Bobby icon (bottom-right)
  2. Click to open the chat panel
  3. Type your question
  4. View the response
  5. Continue the conversation

Asking Effective Questions​

Be Specific​

Instead of vague questions, be precise:

❌ "Tell me about compliance" ✅ "What steps do I need to prepare for ISO 27001 certification?"

Provide Context​

Include relevant details:

Ask One Thing at a Time​

Break complex questions into parts:
