Get started with Cert-IX in minutes. This guide walks you through your first steps on the platform.

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard​

After logging in, you'll land on your Security Dashboard - your central command center for all security operations.

The dashboard provides:

  • Security Score - Real-time assessment of your security posture
  • Active Threats - Current threats requiring attention
  • Recent Alerts - Latest security notifications
  • Quick Actions - One-click access to common tasks

Step 2: Meet Bobby, Your AI Assistant​

Bobby is your AI-powered security assistant available throughout the platform.

How to Use Bobby​

  1. Click the Bobby icon in the bottom-right corner
  2. Ask any security question in plain language
  3. Get instant answers and recommendations

Example questions:

Step 4: Configure Your First Alert​
